Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of titles, termination of partnerships, and/or legal action at the sole discretion of MyDream Global.

Title Holder Obligations

Winners and title holders of Miss South Asia Universe are expected to:

• Represent the brand with dignity, grace, and professionalism throughout their reign
• Attend scheduled appearances, events, and media engagements as required
• Maintain conduct consistent with the values and reputation of Miss South Asia Universe and MyDream Global
• Not publicly associate the title with any organization, cause, or brand without prior written approval

MyDream Global reserves the right to revoke any title at its sole discretion if the title holder fails to meet these obligations or engages in conduct that damages the organization's reputation.

Country License Terms

Country license opportunities are governed by separate licensing agreements between the country director and MyDream Global. General terms include:

• Country directors operate under the official authority and branding guidelines of MyDream Global
• All titles, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of MyDream Global
• Country directors must comply with all operational guidelines, reporting requirements, and quality standards
• MyDream Global reserves the right to terminate any country license for non-compliance

Limitation of Liability
